TPAA DIRECTORY SEARCH

INSTRUCTION FOR TPAA DIRECTORY SEARCH

1. Go to www.tpaa.us

2. Look for TPAA Directory Box.

3. Click at TPAA Directory Box.

4. Fill your user name in the USER Name Box. Your user name is your 3 digits Life Member Number, i.e. 012.

5. Fill in your password. Your pass word for now (will change in the future) is ecfmg follow with your year of graduation i.e. if you graduated from medical school in 1970 your password is ecfmg1970.

6. Then click login.

7. You can now begin to search. You can search by English first name, English last name, Thai first name, Thailast name or by State. For Thai language search you have to change your key board to Thai Language by press ALT and SHIFT together. You can search by enter one or more alphabet, if you want to limit your search you just enter more alphabets. When you are ready to search click SEARCH in the box on the right of the box you just entered.

 If you can not get any result you may try other type of search, using last name or Thai language search or your target may use different spelling i.e. J instead of CH, or DH in stead of T.

 Where can I find my Life Member Number ?

a) In your Life Member Certificate.

b) In TPAA F Annual Report there is a set of number behind your name at the address label.

c) Submit your inquiry to TPAA by email.

If you are a current paid annual member you can obtain a current year temporary user name and password by sending a request to ctswan@hotmail.com or send a letter to TPAA Registra, 21 Chapel Hill, St. Louis, MO 63131

 If I am not a Life Member what shall I do?

a) Apply for one.

b) Ask your friend who is a Life Member for his or her user name and password.
